THE TERROU-BI, OUR GREAT STORY

An ocean-view, a gourmet table, a small corner in paradise…
come discover our personal journey through time.

It all began in December 1986 with the gourmet restaurant, "Le Terrou-Bi".
Facing the ocean, this new place which means « landing stage » was captained by Kalil Rahal.
The establishment quickly became the privileged place of the "Dakarois".
The recipe for success was: a delicious gourmet cuisine, a welcoming atmosphere representing the Sengalese tradition of "teranga" and a family who all shared the same passion.
Alongside the founder were his two sons and an enthusiastic and loyal team.
Over the years, a casino, a new restaurant "La Terrasse", a swimming pool and a beach area were added, creating what is now a unique touristic complex.

In 2009, the Terrou-Bi Hotel opened with more than 100 rooms and suites. The dream of a man who wanted to share his love of gastronomy, of the ocean, and his country of birth had born its fruits...
Looking back at the road travelled, the Terrou-Bi recognizes the loyalty of its clientele and continues to work to create a new world... Your World !
