With its pastel-colored houses, peaceful alleys and unique atmosphere, Gorée Island inspires this Easter brunch edition.
Time slows down, the restaurant La Terrasse invites you to rediscover this spirit through a generous buffet combining local inspirations and seasonal gourmet creations.
For this special occasion, our chefs will also unveil a chocolate centerpiece inspired by the iconic architecture of Gorée, created especially for Easter.
Facing the ocean, carried by piano and saxophone notes, flavors unfold throughout the buffet in a warm and elegant atmosphere.
A FESTIVE DAY FOR CHILDREN
Easter is also a festive time for children. They will be invited to a dedicated area to experience a real adventure through a treasure hunt, complete with clues to discover, inspired by the world of Gorée and the sea.
They can also try their hand at arts and crafts, including learning sand painting, an artistic activity emblematic of the island. It's a fun way to combine play, creativity, and cultural discovery… before proudly taking home their artwork and some chocolate treats.
AN ESCAPE TO GOREE TO EXTEND THE EXPERIENCE
For those who wish to start the day with a true discovery, a morning excursion to the island of Gorée is available aboard one of the Terrou-Bi's boats, departing from the marina. After crossing the Bay of Dakar, visitors can explore the island's lanes and unique atmosphere before returning to enjoy brunch at the resort.
