Discover the menu of La Terrasse comfortably seated under the spacious wooden pergola, with palm trees all around to remind you of the proximity of nature. The menu features cuisine with a Senegalese flavour that will take you on a voyage of discovery.

All our recipes are made from raw ingredients processed in our workshops. All our breads, desserts and ice creams are prepared on site. We're proud of our expertise, and of offering you home-cooked food that combines quality and traceability.

Cuisine 

Right on the water, the restaurant La Terrasse is a natural choice for seafood, with fish, shellfish and crustaceans all freshly caught. Depending on the catch, opt for a fillet of grouper, grilled octopus or cuttlefish. Not forgetting the exceptional meat of a lobster or prawn.

The Chef's secret: to offer you the very best, and as part of our eco-responsible approach, we have planted an aromatic herb garden. Thyme, rosemary, coriander and many others are grown on site and carefully picked by the brasserie's chefs.

All these products, cooked over a wood fire, grilled, raw, marinated, in a dish to share like the traditional thiéboudienne, seasoned with Senegalese condiments and typical sauces, delight young and old alike.

Every weekend, families and friends gather at La Terrasse for a brunch that's as hearty as it is gourmet: Les Halles du dimanche du Terrou-Bi (Terrou-Bi’s Sunday market).

In a cheerful atmosphere, craftworkers present their products and traditional skills. It's a colourful and motley array of handicrafts, including jewellery, accessories, pottery and more. Stroll around, take your time to admire and meet the craftspeople...

The same warm, informal market atmosphere applies to the food. Here sweet, there savoury, further on grilled meats, hot or cold dishes... At the heart of these themed clusters your taste buds will be aroused! Give way to your curiosity; listen to your desires and set off to discover little-known flavours.

Every Sunday, the brunch of Les Halles du dimanche is a special occasion that brings together families from Dakar and guests on holiday at Terrou-Bi.
