On April 17, 18 and 19, the Terrou-Bi food pop-up took guests on a journey through an arty culinary universe celebrating cultural diversity, blending Moroccan and French inspirations with a focus on local products.
GUEST CHEF : FAIÇAL ZAHRAOUI
For this second edition, the genius of modern Moroccan cuisine, Faiçal Zahraoui, has set up shop in the Terrou-Bi kitchens. Alongside the resort's executive chef, Anthony Jéhanno, he is coming to share bold cuisine, with a clever blend of contemporary and tradition. Known by his initials FZ, this self-taught cook, like great artists, conceptualizes his dishes before bringing them to life. Named Best Young Talent by the Gault et Millau guide in 2017 and a recent contestant on Top Chef in the Arab world, Faiçal Zahraoui is a rising star in Moroccan gastronomy.

At the helm of the kitchens of La Terrasse restaurant, the duo took us on a spicy, gourmet adventure we'll never forget.
