At La Terrasse, we're taking cooking to a whole new level! If you already enjoy our wood-fired grills, you won't be disappointed, because we're raising the bar even higher. For two special evenings on October 31 and November 07, Chef Anthony Jehanno and Stephane Houlbert, aka cucivino, representing the Ofyr brand, invited us to their Brasero Loco with an exclusive menu. Guests were able to discover the unique taste of brazier cooking, around our two new jewels, a veritable revolution combining the brazier barbecue, for tasty grills, with the brazier plancha, for fine, diversified cuisine.
There was something for every taste and appetite, from vegetables, meat, fish and seafood to desserts.
