On Friday May 23 and Saturday May 24, the Salmon Guru teams will take control of the counter for two exceptional evenings. An exclusive cocktail menu, created especially for the occasion by Kevin Nahas (Salmon Guru Dubaï) and Manal Ourdane (Salmon Guru Madrid), will introduce Dakar to the richness of their universe.
On Saturday afternoon, May 24, a masterclass will also be open to a limited number of enthusiasts and professionals. Hosted by Bilal Abou Saleh, resident barman at Le Diamono, alongside the two international guests, this session will offer a privileged immersion behind the scenes of cocktail creation: techniques, inspirations, associations, exchanges. A rare opportunity to dialogue with two of the world's leading figures.

For this weekend dedicated to creation and sharing, the Diamono bar invites TVRBO, a member of the Dousman collective, to make his selection as subtle as it is committed. A rising star on Dakar's music scene, he distills a sensitive, instinctive groove of organic rhythms, spiritual textures and hypnotic bass. Rooted in sounds from near and far, his universe pays tribute to Afro-diasporic music while exploring the electronic dimensions of the club.
