True to the spirit of the House, Executive Chef Anthony Jehanno now unveils a selection of new creations that enrich the dining experience with generosity, elegance, and the pleasure of sharing.
A CUISINE IN CONSTANT EVOLUTION
There are dishes guests love to come back for, and others that offer a new reason to return. This season, the Chef presents several new creations where exceptional ingredients take centre stage.
The Kassaw fillet prepared Caldou style showcases the finesse of Senegalese flavours, the beef and foie gras pithiviers offers rich and indulgent comfort, while the crispy prawns bring freshness and vibrancy to start the meal.
To end on a delicate note, a coconut floating island joins the dessert selection.
